Continuous Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Stations (CAAQMS)

Recognizing the need to monitor real time and peak concentration levels of critical pollutants, Envirotech diversified into Continuous Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Stations (CAAQMS) in 2005. Through exclusive distribution arrangements with Ecotech, Australia and Synspec, Netherlands and other noteworthy principals, Envirotech can offer state of the art analyzers for monitoring critical pollutants.

Envirotech specializes in system integration and asset management of complete monitoring stations. Such a station is housed in a climate controlled Pota cabin and is equipped with all the necessary analyzers required for Ambient Air Quality monitoring, calibration equipment, data acquisition hardware and software with complete power backup. The station can be remotely managed and real time data can be accessed over the web.

As of March 2013, Envirotech is managing 70+ CAAQMS stations in all parts of the country (see map below). Customers range from various pollution control boards and major research institutions to prominent players in the cement, steel, chemical industry and power plants. We have a team of 40+ dedicated service personnel on our roles to support and maintain these stations sometimes located even in remote parts of the country.

Envirotech’s team of scientists and technocrats can provide high quality, detailed monthly / quarterly / yearly reports for the underlying data on request.

Serinus 10 Ozone analyzer

The US EPA approved Serinus 10 Ozone analyser uses proven non-dispersive ultraviolet (UV) absorption technology to measure O3 in ambient air (LDL <0.5ppb, range 0-20ppm).

Serinus 30 CO analyzer

The US EPA approved Serinus 30 Carbon Monoxide analyser uses proven NDIR gas filter correlation technology to measure CO in ambient air (LDL <40 ppb, range 0-200ppm)

EC9820 CO2 analyzer

The EC9820 Carbon Dioxide Analyser combines microprocessor control with NDIR gas filter correlation photometry detection to measure CO2 with minimal interference from CO and H2O

Serinus 50 SO2 analyzer

The US EPA approved Serinus 50 Sulphur Dioxide (SO2) analyser uses proven UV fluorescent radiation technology to measure SO2 in ambient air (LDL <0.3ppb, Range 0-20ppm)

Serinus 40 NOx analyzer

The US EPA approved Serinus 40 Oxides of Nitrogen analyser uses proven chemiluminescence technology to measure NO, NO2 and NOx in ambient air (LDL <0.4ppb, range 0-20ppm)

Serinus 44 NH3 analyzer

The US EPA approved Serinus 44 Ammonia analyser uses proven chemiluminescence technology and an external thermal catalytic converter to measure to measure NO, NO2, NOX and NH3 in ambient air (LDL <0.4ppb, Range 0-20ppm).

Organic Gas Analyzers

Benzene / Toluene / Xylene (BTX) analyzer

The Syntech Spectras GC955 series 600 BTEX analyser is built for the measurement of benzene, toluene and xylene isomers in ambient air. It is one of the most successful analyzers of its kind with about one thousand of these analysers in use all around the world.

The new Synspec Alpha 400 is a very simple but precise benzene only analyzer.

Methane + Non Methane (Total HC) analyzer

The Synspec analyzer Alpha 115 is built for the analysis of methane and the sum of all other hydrocarbons in air (TNMHC). This state of the art new analyzer is ideally suited to have a general overview of all hydrocarbons from C2 to C10.

Toxic organics analyzer

The Delta 300 is the new single component analyzer line of Synspec for the measurement of toxic hydrocarbons such as Benzene, Epichlorhydrine, Ethylene oxide, Propylene oxide, Acrylonitrile, 1,3-Butadiene, Styrene, etc.

Dust Analyzers

Beta Attenuation Particulate Monitor

BAM 1020 is Met One’s US EPA certified online continuous dust analyzer based on the Beta Attenuation method. It can be configured to measure PM 10 or PM 2.5 or TSP concentration in the ambient air.
